Order Processing and Supplier Confirmation

Once your order and payment are completed, we promptly contact our suppliers to confirm the availability, condition, and readiness to ship the item you purchased. Our suppliers provide detailed photos of the product—taken after removal from the vehicle and upon return to their facility. We share these images with you to review and approve.

Approval Timeline

You will have up to 7 working days from the date your order is completed and payment confirmed to review and approve the photos. It is important that you respond within 2 working days of receiving the images to keep the process moving smoothly.

Shipping and Delivery

After your approval, we strive to deliver your item within 5 working days to the location you specified. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification (sent to the address provided at checkout) containing your freight company’s details and tracking information within 2 days.
Shipping Addresses
  • Small items will be shipped to the billing address associated with your debit or credit card.
  • Larger items, such as transmissions or engines, will be shipped to commercial or business addresses only. For these shipments, please provide the full business name, complete address, and if possible, a nearby landmark. Additionally, include the name and direct contact information of a person at the delivery location who can assist with confirming delivery details.

Delivery Requirements

If forklift service is required at your delivery location, please note that securing and covering the cost of forklift operation is your responsibility.

Receiving Your Shipment

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging carefully for any visible damage. If you notice damage, it is crucial to note it on the delivery invoice before signing.
