Warranty Coverage
Standard Auto Parts provides a 30-day warranty on all auto parts purchased from us. This warranty covers parts that arrive damaged or are sent in error. Please note that this warranty applies solely to the parts themselves; labor or installation costs are not included.
Repair, Replacement, and Refunds
If you receive a damaged part, we will first attempt to repair it. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price. In cases where a new order is placed before the return of the original part, payment for the new item will be required upfront. The refund for the initial order will be processed once the returned part is received. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Return Process
When initiating a return, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Standard Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping costs on refunds if the returned part does not meet the warranty conditions.

We are not responsible for items delivered to the shipping address provided at purchase that are refused or not accepted by the buyer, as confirmed by tracking information.

Parts purchased for testing purposes or incorrectly ordered by the customer are non-returnable. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified mechanic to verify the exact part needed before placing your order.

Products returned after the 30-day warranty period will not be replaced and will be sent back to the sender.
